The help desk our goal is to provide support through many methods to our clients. This will include In-store, On-Site, Remote connection or via the Phone. The link below will provide you with the connection to a technician. This support call must be a ranged in advance.
Fees will vary based on the activity but will typically start at under $50.00. In order for us to be able to connect remotely you must have high speed access to the internet and can currently connect to our website.
If we are unable to maintain the connection or the support call goes sour we will credit all but 10.00 towards in store or and Offsite service call that is required to complete this service call.

- Remote Support (Basic up to 1/2 Hr. free)
- Advanced support will require incur added cost. Any call lasting more than 1/2 hour is considered advanced.
