We are a service and sales company located in
Tarpon Springs. Helping end users and small
business with their computer needs. We provide
On-Site In-Store and Remote (telephone/internet)
support. If you are tired of dealing with individuals
that are hard to understand, want to get you off the
phone in 1 minute or less, then we may be the
company you are looking for. Local support and
service, we are not an out sourced help desk.

As we have been discussing with our customers we are
now going to offer contacted support.
Basic Help Desk: 239.40 per year if paid monthly. A 17%
discount will be applied if a subscription is paid in 6 month
increments. A 6 month subscription will cost $99.00.
Custom packages will be available that can include
remote monitoring and remote updates. For businesses
and individuals that want us to monitor there systems we
will install additional software that will allow us to
track/monitor the systems health. We can also use these
tools to remotely access and update the systems,
unassisted so we can do maintenance when not being
used.

Apparently Microsoft Internet has an un-patched security
issue. While I we support Internet Explorer as our primary
browser the warnings issued suggest using alternative
browsers until MS can release a patch.
